Who pays for the software?

With Advisor Partner, each provider subscribes to WizHippo directly. With Solution Partner, the agency pays the platform fee and sponsors eligible Center licenses through one consolidated subscription.

Can my clients use my agency's brand?

Yes, with Solution Partner. Supported white-label features include your agency name, logo, colors and a personalized WizHippo subdomain. Advisor Centers remain WizHippo-branded.

Who owns the Center's records?

Each childcare Center retains ownership of its records. Advisor access requires Center authorization; Solution sponsorship provides an agency management relationship without transferring ownership of Center data.

Can I move an existing paying WizHippo customer to Solution?

Solution Partner V1 is designed for newly onboarded Centers. Existing WizHippo providers can use Advisor referral and authorization workflows; migration to Solution sponsorship is planned for a future version.

Can I charge clients for consulting?

Yes. You design your services, set your professional fees and manage your consulting relationship. WizHippo does not automatically bill your clients for those consulting fees.

Does WizHippo guarantee an inspection outcome?

No. WizHippo supports readiness, organization and follow-through, but the provider and its advisors remain responsible for complying with applicable requirements.

As an Advisor, referring a provider never gives you automatic access to its records. A Center must independently authorize that relationship.

Each Center owns its records and has its own responsibilities.
